  • hello xanga

me - oh hey there, havent seen you for some time!
xanga - yeah! where have you been?
me - oh man, post hsc has been too hectic! im more tired than the time during the hsc!!
xanga - ahaha, what have you been up to?
me - hmmm not too many outings. I dont think i belong to any specific group now~ but ive been playing heaps of tennis (5hrs yesterday! O.o!!), sydney dance company, breakdancing (ooohh yeah) and other exercises (rofl at connie)...hmmmm.. reading a lot too. up to my 5th? book i think. reading Tolstoy's Resurrection... not too bad, not too interesting either. Read matthey reilley's six sacred stones. omg...that was action packed, but...it lacked substance >.<!

xanga - so why didnt you come and visit me?
me - ah...sorry mate, you're not that interesting anymore... i really cant be bothered to write blogs! i just go on facebook, accept friend's request and go on msn, and after realising that there are no one to talk to in the 100 ppl online, i go off and read the news, which i have to say is filled with more depressing news.

xanga - so why dont you write about them?
me - Write about them? ahaha there's just too much going on! i cant keep track. im becoming numb to these kind of news.

xanga - will you be back?
me - of course! but maybe not for a long time...

    xanga - well take care!
me - sure things, you too k?

    xanga - cya~
    me - goodbye

  • Gloomy day

    Walking down the nonexistent road,

The lonely creature feels the presence

Of the deep void of their absence,

with the emptiness creating a heavy load

    upon his sinking soul.

ive finished 5 exams and have 2 more left to go.

but i feel as though those five arnt the only things that have ended.

we are indeed fickle creatures. Only my memories are my loyal friends. Yet, even they in the end do desert me.

    why?

  • Reflection

one more eng exam to go...

    it would be pure bliss!

no more analysing books, shakespeare, movies, picturebooks, ads, cartoons?

no more similes, metaphors, juxtapositions, camera angles, paradoxical statements?

no more focusing on the question, no more memorising essays, no more ENGLISH?

    i thought it'll never end...

to be honest... i actually liked journeys! i dont understand why ppl hate it so much...

    it's quite interesting!!! seriously....*hides*

it's the only topic in eng that even vaguely relates to my actual life.

who cares if Emma's own illogical flights of fancy lead to the misconception of Harriet's social standing?

who cares about the mastery rhetoric used by Socrates to 'convince' the jurors that he shouldnt be killed? (not to even mention Atwood or Pearson..*shudder*..btw fingers crossed. DONT SPECIFY BOS!! PLEASE!!!)

and who cares if cleopatra's psychological manipulation leads to Antony's downfall? (in my opinion, telling the truth wouldve been so much more worthwile...)

well, let's hope that my strong human spirit will allow me to overcome the challenges of Monday's examination and this will hopefully illustrate how a strong human spirit is essential in physical/inner/imaginative journeys...sigh XD

what surprises would monday bring, i wonder?

    good luck everyone.

  • D-3 blog

    D-3.

that's what it says on my phone.

signifies the inevitable doom that awaits me.

i can just imagine my essay going 'the monosyllabic words of D-3 emphasies the inevitably of...'

by the time you've read this post, i would have already said hi to you at school. (that is, if you do phyz and are (or have by the time you read this) attending or attended mrs pooviah's revision class)

    well...i did 3 4unit math hsc papers thus far. 2001, 2002, 2003. whoopee(?)

some PPL cough cough, had finished all the papers from 1992 to 2007 couple of weeks back >.<

been focusing on eng. not paying off. the essays are still pretty dodgy.

but to be honest, im actually more relaxed than before the trials. HSC is not that stressing afterall, contrary to the common belief that hsc causes suicidal tendencies.

maybe it's because 66.666 % of my uni career entrance has been already decided.

yet, nonetheless, i think im suffering from the hsc-syndrome. Symptoms include severe fatigue, irrational fear, sentimentalism, lameliness, sudden weight gains, deterioration of facial expressions and mood swings.
immediate side effects may include crazism, sleepism, holidayism or failurism (scientists are still debating the appropriateness of the last 'side effect' as some believe that this concept is merely a subjective perception of individual patients).
long term side effects may include doctorism, lawyerism, commercism. (these long term side effects may cause further syndrome's including workoverload-syndrome and nolife-syndrome)

for more details visit students unofficial BOS for personal experiences of past and present hsc-syndrome sufferers.

    sigh XD

    anywayz im off to sleep.

PS good luck everyone. may your dreams be realised.

    PSS two quotes i want to share with you before i go. the first one is;

'you cant build a reputation on what you are going to do' (it can refer to us, but i can feel the vibes of political satire resulting from this quote)

    and the second one is;

'when it is dark enough, you can see the stars'. (uh huh, i can see the stars alright. it's around 4 weeks away. oh wait that's the moon. damn...maybe it needs to be darker...) well im psychic coz i can read your mind. you're thinking 'LAMEEE!'. see. i told you. im not lying. see now you're thinking 'GOSHHH!'.

    hum. goodnight. XD
